| Placement Officer Birmingham City Centre £16K to £18K Finding work placements for learner offering companies 2 weeks free Top create effective relationships with local business community in order to secure job placements and employment opportunities for learners Maintain contact with clients Motivate job seekers and learners, to ensure attendance of the programme and to ensure that job seekers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to move into sustainable employment Review progress with learners To conduct health and safety risk assessments in placement provider organisations and to ensure that the providers are aware of their responsibilities to the job seeker in terms and health and safety and equal opportunities Must have experience in sales or recruitment or have worked in the same sort off role Desirable if got knowledge of Government funded programmes |
