LSC Programme Manager

Birmingham City Centre
9am to 5pm Monday to friday (must be flexible)
Provide the day to day management of all information for LSC activity within the Branch
Provide guidance and steer in relation to all LSC queries and decisions
Participate in LSC tendering process
Manage the Assessors, Internal Verifiers, E2E and Train to Gain Staff and the 14-19 Development Co-Ordinator
To conduct a full range of effective management activities, this will include rigorous monitoring, ensuring constant awareness of value for money and compliance with all LSC requirements
To ensure internal and external audit trails and records are maintained to demonstrate effective monitoring and management of LSC contracts
Control and evaluate all LSC activity on a regular basis to ensure Contract Compliance
Must have knowledge of LSC Funded Programmes
Previous knowledge of LSC standards and requirements
Working knowledge of the Adult Learning Inspectorate (OFSTED)
Leadership experience
Knowledge of Government Funded Programmes and risks to funding
Report writing skills
