ESOL Tutor
Wolverhampton
£18K to £22K
Provide high quality training and support to all learners
Support learner to overcome barriers to employment in particular low levels of language skills, confidence, motivation and self esteem
Ensure learners receive training and support to enable them to secure and maintain a work placement
Liaise with funding partners, internal departments and other providers
Achieve monthly targets
Liaise with Job Centre Plus Advisors for the benefit of the learner
Deliver a variety of programmes in line with the companies quality standards, basic skills, Q Mark, common inspection framework
Report statistic information on a weekly basis to management
Ability to deliver to groups of upto 15 people
Level 4 learning and development
Relevant Basic Skills qualification - FENTO level 4
Experience of delivering skills for life to a range of learners
Computer literate
