Data Analyst
18K per annum
Must be flexible as you will be required to work some weekends and pro rata
Solihull
Data Auditing. Daily monitoring of information from customer sites , identifying issues with the data. Ensuring that all information and client correspondence is recorded and communicated.
Undertake Data Patching. Ensure that all missing/erroneous data is patched as accurately as possible by using supplied tools and agreed data patching rules.
Escalate data exceptions Review and follow up on any issues raised during the data audit process or via requests directly form clients or other internal teams.
Data Analysis. Prepare analysis on client data when requested or deemed necessary. Interpret results of analysis to identify trends or investigate queries. Advise client of findings and recommendations.
Check and Distribute Reports and data feeds. Produce and verify reports/data feeds on time. Ensure that all team output is well presented and accurate.
Respond to Client queries. Complete all requests for information or communicate answers to queries directly or indirectly.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Minimum grade C GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
