| A well established Primary school based in Brierley Hill require a School Caretaker to join their team on a long term contract starting from the 2nd of August 2008. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, from 7am until 12pm to open the school and then from 14.35 until 17.30 to close the school premesis. Overtime is also available when parent evenings and open days take place. You will also be required to oversee the cleaners who are on site and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate companies to ensure that any maintenance requirements are dealt with. Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, however this is not essential. You will need general handyman skills, lots of initiative and bags of enthusiasm to be successful within this role.
