Currently recruiting for a full time Business Support Administrator to work within the area of Tamworth. Your duties will include: -
1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the business unit
2. Providing a single point of contact and support to the estate team
3. Raising lease agreements and purchase orders
4. Managing estate queries - both internal and external
5. Gathering information with a view to assisting with the reduction of bad debt, cash allocation, administration of lease in and out
6. Ensuring customer information is correct on external invoices
7. Liasion with other colleagues and shared services
8. Prioritising workload and assist others in resolving queries
The right person for this job would need to be self motivated, have an eye for detail and be enthusiastic with the ability to work under pressure.
