Full Description:
Superb opportunity for a Local Business Manager to be based in Lichfield. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join one of the world's largest banks.

Your role will involve:

Managing, acquiring & developing a portfolio of circa 150 Commercial customer relationships

* Broadening & deepening relationships with customers & prospective customers, delivering appropriate products & services and promoting the bank within the local business community.
* Providing a customer driven service.
* Ensuring a regular contact strategy is in place, appropriate to the customer's needs.
* Prime responsibility for income generation and achievement of agreed Commercial targets to include new business.
* Identifying cross sales and retail opportunities from the portfolio.
* Prime responsibility for approval of facilities in accordance with credit policy and lending guidelines, maintaining a balanced approach to risk management.
* Working with business specialists in local branches to ensure that the value of Retail Commercial relationships is maximised.
