We currently have an exciting vacancy available for a Communications Consultant based in the north Birmingham area working for an innovative up-and-coming company.
The purpose of this role is to act as the first point of contact for clients wishing to report a fault with their product, and ensuring that these cases are monitored through to their completion. Within this, you will be expected to manage incoming and outgoing forms, as well as logging information onto computer systems.
We require applicants with a highly professional telephone manner, who can quickly give the customer a sense of trust and confidence in the person they are speaking to. You should additionally be a confident, positive individual who works well in a team environment.
