Full Description:
Do you have experience working in a customer services environment providing telephone support to clients.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our communications client for staff to assist within the fault diagnosis team.
In this position you will be responsible for the logging of all technical problems, you will then have the responsibility of reporting this to the relevant department or external company ensuring that the fault is rectified within the recommended SLA's and providing a first class service to customers.
Due to the nature of this vacancy you will have excellent communication skills and ideally previous experience working in a similar environment. You will have an adaptable and approachable attitude with an excellent telephone manner.
