Full Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a busy and lively telecommunications company, for a customer communications specialist.
The main purpose of this role will be to manage all internal and external customer service enquiries related to the service delivery and new customer requests. All calls should be answered in an efficient and professional manner, helping the customer and endeavouring to solve their problem will be your main aim.
You will also be expected to monitor faults and ensure that customer service levels are met proactively. This involves tracking the progress of customer enquiries to ensure that all customer reports and orders are completed satisfactorily.
This role requires a candidate who can hit the ground running with outstanding communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As well as excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience within a customer service role or environment is integral.
