We are looking for an experienced administrator to become a paralegal with one of the city's largest law firms.
No Legal experience is required for this position - just the ability to manage a very high volume of administration in a pressurised, target driven customer service environment.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of undefended mortgage repossession claims and working in a team you will have responsibility for..
Taking instructions from the client, orally and in writing.
Conducting proceedings to obtain a court order for possession on each instruction, using the case management system (on which full training will be provided).
Liaising with the client's agents and the court bailiff to enforce the court order by eviction.
Reporting to the client both orally and in writing throughout the course of the proceedings.
Attending or instructing agents to attend county court hearings.
Liaising by telephone with clients, borrowers and other solicitors.
Intensive on the job training will be provided if required on how to conduct mortgage possession proceedings
No Legal experience is required for this position - just the ability to manage a very high volume of administration in a pressurised, target driven customer service environment. However if you have prior mortgage repossession experience from either a legal or lender environment (and ideally knowledge of CPR Part 55)
