| Are you an experience Switchboard Operator who wishes to bring their experience to one of Birmingham's leading law firms? If so we may have the ideal position for you… We are looking to recruit an individual to work a 12 hour daytime shift with duties including answering and transferring calls, updating the directory, logging information and delivering messages. We are looking for applicants who have a strong history of working within a busy switchboard environment. You should be a confident and articulate communicator, and be able to use standard IT packages effectively.
