| Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are currently recruiting for a large, reputable financial Company based in Birmingham City Centre. Your role will be based in the Collections department as the first point of contact, dealing with inbound and outbound calls, using your communication and negotiation skills to maintain accurate customer records, agreeing payment plans for them to pay any outstanding arrears on their accounts, dealing with any complaints or problems and at all times, adhering to DPA. This is a permanent role, so a great opportunity for someone wanting to progress. £14,000 plus a wealth of Company benefits The opening hours are between 0800 - 2100 hrs, Mon - Fri, Sat 0830 - 1800 hrs and Sun 1000 - 1600 hrs, so all applicants must be flexible to work around these times (1 in 3 weekend days) Due to the nature of the business, all successful candidates must pass a credit check and be able to provide full reference details for previous employment.
