We are recruiting for an experienced Training Consultant to join a leading Financial Services Organisation for a 6 month contract.
Your main responsibilities will be to design and implement training material to a varied level audience including staff and external clients, undertake research and analysis to determine individual training needs, provide support and input into personal development and evaluate each training session assessing the benefits.
You will be an extremely personable individual who can adjust and communicate on all levels, you will be exceptionally professional with a positive and warm personality.
Previous experience of delivering 1-2-1 and group training is essential for this position.
