Team Secretary required by centrally based Birmingham corporate organisation.You will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of documentation, reports, letters and Powerpoint presentations.You will also be responsbile for the diary management of a section of the team and will arrange both national and international travel on their behalf.An intermediate to advanced knowledge of Powerpoint is required for this role as is a good working knowledge of both MS Word and Excel.Reception duties and other adhoc duties such as filing, photocopying and archiving are also requirements of the position.
