| Are you a creative, inspirational trainer ? Our client are currently recruiting for a Training Consultant to be based in their Birmingham offices.. You will deliver face to face training as required including induction and ongoing professional management development. Your role will encompass ongoing coaching , delivery and design of training , evaluation of training along with the promoting of Best Practice The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge of the full training cycle including coaching and feedback, you will have the ability to motivate others and have the necessary technical skills to offer an up to date and professional training service. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required for this role.
