A national professional services firm with offices nationwide are looking for a PI secretary to work in their Birmingham office. The company has a large commitment to good client service.
You will ideally have 2 years minimum PI experience with fast and accurate copy and audio speeds. The role is up to 80% audio typing of digital dictation as well as answering calls on behalf of fee earners. It also comprises of collating information and diary management.
The ideal candidate will have strong secretarial skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. An eager and flexible attitude is important.
