A traditional manufacturing firm are recruiting for a Team Leader who will aid in the day to day operational management of the consumables team. The company is a market leader in its field and is focused on producing good quality products and providing excellent service to a wide range of commercial clients.
The role is to manage a team of 3 and includes recruitment, training, coaching and motivation. The role is very varied and you would be involved in all aspects of office team management. You will handle disciplinary matters, review meetings as well as ensuring optimum pricing of goods, stock control and sales order processing.
Previous team leader experience is essential as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be a strong relationship builder, driven, enthusiastic, hands on and have an aptitude for problem solving.
