| Customer Service Associate One of our key clients has just won a major contract with a high profile organisation and is keen to recruit 2 individuals as soon as possible. The role will mainly involve extensive customer liaison with a variety of clients on a daily basis most of which will be telephone based. All aspects of this role will require good administration skills and computer literacy, although training will be offered in these areas. Strong interpersonal skills are very important along with the ability to ensure each task is tackled with a logical approach and excellent customer delivery skills. This is a project, based in a very dynamic operation which has been able to maintain the positive aspects of a small company such as a great deal of recognition for individual results.
