| We are currently recruiting for a customer communications specialist to join a telecommunication company based in Walsall. This role requires a candidate with experience within a call centre where you have had to multitask and problem solve. Within this you will be responsible for logging calls and faults, as well as answering customer queries. As this is a communication based role you should have outstanding verbal communication skills and be able to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
