Our client, a city centre legal practice, is looking for a learning and development expert to join its team.
The role will be pivotal to the organisation, having input into L and D strategy as well as delivery. Focusing your activities around ensuring that trainee solicitors are fully supported with their training contracts, experienced staff maintain their CPD and developing support staff, you will provide a cross functional source of expertise to the organisation.
You will typically have experience of measuring the performance of L and D interventions, expertise in a range of different delivery methods for training, and ability to conduct TNA on both an individual and team basis. You will also be comfortable managing the L and D budget, and have strong communication skills to ensure that senior managers buy in to changes and that L and D runs throughout the organisation's culture.
