My client requires a full time experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work in an office in Sutton Coldfield.
You will be required to do the following within your role;
Answering telephone calls (using a small switchboard)
Meeting & greeting clients
Running off telephone & metered electricity bills, putting together invoices.
Telephone answering on behalf of 8-14 companies.
Dealing with mail & allocating it to each company.
You will often be working alone & therefore need to adapt a "can do" attitude, as there will be lots of people popping in & out.
You may be required to open & close the office on occasions.
Mon - Fri 09:00-17:00 (with half an hour for lunch). £14-£15k
