The Birmingham office is seeking engineers to join a growing infrastructure team who deal with development, regeneration and reclamation schemes for both public sector and private clients.
These schemes are predominantly located in the West Midlands.
Work undertaken includes design for drainage, externals and highways.
It also encompasses flood related work such as alleviation and risk assessments, specialist assistance in the planning process, Regeneration work and PFI Schemes.
Capital scheme costs can range anywhere from a few thousand pounds to the hundreds of millions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of HNC/HND Civil Engineering or demonstrable experience in Civil Engineering of an equivalent level.
Degree in Civil Engineering preferred with approaching or newly appointed membership of a recognized institute.
Experience:
Drainage and highway design preferable with project management experience.
An understanding of contract documentation.
Computer literacy with standard office environment packages such as MS Office.
Along with Engineering specific programs relating to highway and drainage design.
Personal Qualities:
A self reliant engineer who wants to get involved in dealing with clients on a regular basis and is willing to push the envelope of their own skill base to the advantage of their client.
Must have a proven track record within the industry with a portfolio of completed schemes in varying markets.
