| Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are recruitment specialists in the Call Centre market and currently have a number of exciting vacancies. Our client is a successful Call Centre based in Birmingham City Centre and are looking for a number of experienced Sales Advisors for their already established team. Your role will be to contact existing customers to discuss offers they are not currently taking advantage of, so a confident, professional tone is required at all times. You will also be able to build a rapport quickly with the customer and overcome any objections. All applicants will have a sales background i.e. Call Centre or face-to face selling, must have basic IT skills and have worked to targets. The opening hours of the campaign are Monday - Friday between 1000 hrs - 2100 hrs, so a flexible approach is required - full time only. Hourly rate = £7.25 plus bonus (weekly pay and incentives) Please apply today to be assessed in time for the next start date. |
