A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations manager to work within an international and highly reputable organisation. Working in the heart of Birmingham this call centre based role will involve managing team mangers. You will be achieving operational productivity, driving centre performance, leading managers in achieving KPI's, deal with succession planning of team managers. You will get involved with project work, implementing solutions and resolving issues, one to ones, coaching, mentoring, responsible for 90% of operational decisions, utilising resources, handle the disciplinary process and more. The successful applicant must have experience of managing team managers (rather than team leaders). Experience of working within the call centre environment would also be highly advantageous.
