We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the Financial Systems team for a company based in Birmingham City Centre.
The purpose of this role will be to assist and support the team on the day to day administration and co-ordination of their workload. You will be the main point of contact and responsible for the allocation of incoming work and the monitoring of agreed deadlines.
Your responsibilities will be to organise meetings, arrangement of travel and hotels, minute taking and general administration.
The successful candidate must have good time management, excellent organisational and communication skills, flexible attitude and the ability to use own initiative along with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
