We are currently looking to recruit a National Account Co-Coordinator to support the account management team on behalf of our client who operate in the packaging industry. For this role you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of service to customers, trying to ensure that problems do not occur and if they should, providing a prompt solution. Also support the managers with the administration processes, assisting and enabling them to meet strict deadlines and targets. Due to the nature of the role you will have excellent communication skills at all levels and will be competent dealing with customer services and complaints. You will also have dealings with internal departments - this is crucial in order for you to deliver the expected service. Also required for this role are excellent IT skills as you will need to be fully conversant with SAP and Microsoft packages, as you will be involved with the preparation of reports and PowerPoint presentations. For this demanding and fast paced role you will have previous experience working in the packaging and distribution industry, ideally in a similar account management role. You will be a dependable team player with a proactive approach to work. Exceeding expectations and delivering beyond the expected will be one of your key strengths.
