| Are you ready for a bigger challenge than the average Customer Service Role? If the answer is "YES!" and you have good customer service skills and a full driving licence then we would love to hear from you! Our client is a leading financial services organisation. Each year they provide a service to more than 1 million customers from their 400 branches around the UK. They specialise in the non standard finance market: providing services to consumers who may not have access to mainstream finance. They are a highly successful and growing organisation and the secret of their success is in keeping close to their customers - which is where you come in. As a Customer Account Manager you will manage around 250 customer loan accounts with a value of up to £3 million. Your success in the role will depend on your ability to communicate effectively with your customers. You will deal with all account queries that your customers have, you will be targeted to upselling and cross selling new products and services to you customers as well as customer retention. Very importantly you will also ensure that all repayments on your accounts are up to date. Where customers do fall into arrears your communications skills will really come into their own as it will be your role to contact the customer, assess the situation and come up with a solution that works for both the company and the client. In this role you will work for 80% of your time in the office, dealing with customers over the phone and face to face. The remaining 20% of your time you will be out and about visiting customers at home. This is a challenging and rewarding role which offers full training and outstanding career progression prospects.
