Linsco are recruiting for both trainee and experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their elite commercial/clerical division in their Coventry branch.

The successful candidate would be a highly motivated team player, happy to ‘muck in’ with all aspects of day to day recruitment activities to build the business successfully by developing relationships with new clients and strengthening existing partnerships.
As an experienced Consultant you will have the immediate support of an administrator and will be given full control of obtaining and managing new business which you will develop through your own face to face and telesales activities and as trainee you will be given the training needed to mould you into an experienced MREC Consultant, which will result in you performing the duties below.
You will recruit various commercial personnel, these include; HR - Human Resources, Sales & Telesales Executives, Administrators, PAs, Receptionists, Secretaries, Customer Service & Call Centre Representatives, to name but a few.
