Due to vast company expansion the fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join Linsco Recruitment’s commercial team based in the City Centre.

As Trainee Recruitment Consultant, working for one of the leading independent recruitment agencies in the Midlands you will be given all of the training needed to become a successful, high earning MREC Recruitment Consultant.

As an ambitious and results driven individual with experience of working within a Sales or Customer Service environment you will join Linsco, work towards achievable targets and earn uncapped commission.

Successful business development and relationship building skills are essential in the day to day running of your desk. As a highly motivated team player you will be happy to ‘muck in’ with all daily recruitment activities.

You will have the immediate administrative support and will eventually be given full control of obtaining and managing new business which you will strive to develop through face to face and telephone based sales.
