| My client a market leader in its field is looking for a Credit Service Manager for their team based in Birmingham.Main purpose of the role is to minimise bad debt and reduce customer churn through the effective management of the team and to ensure all operational KPI's are achieved for the centre as set by the business. Key Duties - To achieve operational productivity and performance KPI's To lead Team Managers in the achievement of KPI's through effective and regular coaching Strategic implementation and continual review of project work that allows growth within the department and works towards the business key objectives Identify risks in the achievement of service levels that will impact the customer and take appropriate steps to over come or significantly reduce these risks To be proactive and reactive in implementing solutions and resolving issues Responsible for continually improving departmental initiatives and business processes Effectively manage Team Managers Qualifications/ experience needed Experience of working within a medium/large Contact/Credit centre. With experience of managing Team Managers. Proven project management experience Desirable Institute of Credit Management qualifications or equivalent Demonstrate a track record working within a target driven environment. General education with at least 5 G.C.S.E's required. (Minimum Grade C in English and Mathematics The company offers excellent benefits and a city centre based office in an open plan environment working hours between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm Saturday. |
