As Commercial Consultant, working for one of the leading independent recruitment agencies in the Midlands you will be given the opportunity to control and build your own Commercial desk.
Due to vast company expansion the fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join Linsco’s Commercial division located in prestigious offices in Coventry City Centre.
With the help of extensive marketing, branding, advertising and administrative support, along with previously gained customer service skills, you will source (to name but a few) sales, secretarial, administrative, HR and customer service personnel for both new and existing clients. As an ambitious and results driven individual with proven experience in running a recruitment desk (in any sector) you will work towards achievable targets and earn uncapped commission.
As a highly motivated team player you will be happy to ‘muck in’ with all daily recruitment activities. Successful business development and relationship building skills are essential in the day to day running of your desk. You will have the immediate administrative support and will be given full control of obtaining and managing new business which you will strive to develop through face to face and telephone based sales, along with marketing activities.
