Service Desk Co-ordinator
Solihull
16K per annum
9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

This position involves recording, monitoring and escalating all customer correspondence. The role also involves maintenance of team and customer documentation, and the generation of team statistics.
Ensure all inbound e-mails, telephone and paper queries are recorded on the service desk system.
Assign and monitor all customer issue to appropriate team members.
Update and maintain customer detail records. Including e-mail addresses.
Update and maintain information services working documents including check sheets.
Deliver prompt responses/updates/solutions to both internal and external customers where required.
Microsoft Excel skills essential & knowledge of Word. Minimum grade 'C' GCSE in English and Math's or equivalent
