£7,014.82 per annum
15 Days holidays + applicable bank holidays
Life Assurane & Pension scheme
18 Hours = Weds 12.30pm-4.30pm, Thurs & Fri 9.00am-4.30pm

To provide an efficient and informed customer service
Vet and process all orders received within the sales office
Ensure all telephone enquiries/orders are dealt with efficiently
Carry out functions within receipt and despatch department
Ensure all orders are despatched within their required date
Log and process all customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
Promote and participate in the process of Continuous Improvement
Keeping the customer up to date at all times
Must have experience of working within an office environment
