| Part Time Accounts/General Office Clerk Permanent Position £9.00-£10.00 per hour Free Parking 20-25 hours per week 12pm to 5pm Shirley, Solihull Must have worked in an office with accounts experience. As part of a team your duties will include: Answering calls and dealing with customer queries and any complaints Postal duties Taking customer payments over the phone and by post. Inputting and processing new orders Liaising with customers to update them and suppliers about deliveries Inputting details onto the systems Stationery ordering General administration duties i.e typing, filing, faxing etc Sales & purchase Ledger, end of month returns, assisting with end of year accounts. Compiling & generating invoices and receipts. Supporting the MD with ad hoc duties |
