| Export Accounts Clerk Cotteridge, Birmingham £12,000.00 pa + Benefits 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday To deal with all aspects of Sales Ledger for the Export Department and other relevant administration. Checking payments against customer accounts on Ledger and completing age debt spreadsheet. Check age debt records for outstanding payments. Send correspondence to relevant customers to advise that payment is due/late. Updating Agents commission spreadsheets monthly and correspondence information to each Agent. Completing Credit Note process – Checking request against invoice, request credit note from Accounts Department. All information loaded onto Spreaddsheet. Certificate of Shipment requests and VAT refunds. Orders are received and loaded onto the Company in-house system. Within 24 hours order confirmations must be sent back to the relevant customer. Orders are then transferred to the Warehouse for packing and dispatch. Once the orders have been dispatched, confirmations need to be sent to the relevant customers or agents. Produce relevant documentation to ensure the goods can be exported out of the UK. On a daily basis, all pending orders need to be checked and dispatched if fulfilled. Complete all pending order administration as applicable. Ensure goods are collected by forwarders on time and efficiently. Diarise collections. General administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, postal duties and any other duties deemed necessary by the Export Manager |
