Export Account Manager
Cotteridge, Birmingham
£17K-19K per annum
Maternity Leave cover could be anything from 6 months to 12 Months

Must be fluent in Spanish and intermediate at French

To develop new business opportunities and maintain existing sales and relationships within European markets. Representing the company dealing with their overseas clients both face to face & over the telephone.

Must be willing to travel abroad with staying from home, usually 2-4 days at a time, approximately 4 times a year and this maybe over weekends. The main exhibition is in Spain in October, you will be heavily involved and you will be away from home from 14th-23rd of October 08.

Other duties will include:

Dealing with all agent or customer enquiries
Credit control and chasing payments
Preparing Direct Debit files
Processing Orders on a daily basis, entering orders onto the in-house system, confirming orders with customer or agent, transferring the orders to the Warehouse for picking and packing, dispatching orders when necessary, producing invoices, packing lists or other relevant documentation and liaise with freight companies to ensure goods are collected by forwarders on time and delivered when required.

Also ad hoc administration and helping the export team when busy.
