Customer Services/Service Controller - Nights
Salary £21,028.00
Working 3 nights per week = 36 hours per week
Based in Birmingham, working alone
Free Parking

Working Thursday to Saturday 3 nights per week from 7pm to 7am
Taking telephone calls from clients in order to book out company vehicles for rent
Inputting payment details onto the computer system
Dealing with clients at the front desk and making sure they are happy with the vehicle

Dealing with client queries
Taking deposits for the vehicles
Taking calls from clients who have broken down and arranging with engineers and third parties to pick them up and tow them back to the base

Letting in pre-booked clients who come to collect vehicles

Must have used computer systems and worked in a customer services role either face to face or via telephone
