| My client is one of the Leading High streets Banks. They are currently recruiting for Customer Advisors in the Birmingham Area. You duties will include: § Responsible for identifying customer needs and making and driving retail banking and general insurance product sales and seek referrals for regulated or cross segment sales § Advocate for and demonstrate the National Leadership standards behaviours § Demonstrate behaviours within Branch that will ensure sales and referral targets are achieved § Deal with customer enquiries and referrals in a professional and efficient manner whilst remaining focused on providing excellent customer service and satisfying requirements of existing and prospective customers. § Work in partnership with team members within Branch ensuring customers are offered an integrated sales and service delivery model to ensure achievement of financial plan § Ensure that Risk Management compliance standards are met or exceeded Essential Must be able to pass a credit search ( no Defaults or Ccjs ) Must be able to pass reference checks ( no discplinarys or dismals ) Must have customer service and targeted sales experience |
