Customer Relations Specialists required by leading financial institution based in the heart of Birmingham's City centre.You will have a proven track record of account managing high level accounts in a customer service environment and will enjoy dealing with professional clients on a day to day basis.Previous financial sector experience is advantageous, however training will be made available for successful candidates.Your role will involve dealing with inbound enquiries from UK wide clients and taking ownership of these queries from intial call to resolution.You will also be responsible for the completion of all associated administration.
