Full Description:
Our client, based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a Switchboard Operator to answer external and internal calls in an efficient and professional manner whilst connecting customers to the relevant department/person.

Key Skills will include:

Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work under pressure
Enthusiastic and self motivated.
Adaptability to be flexible to changing demands.
Ability to work as part of a team
Enthusiastic and self motivated
A proven ability to work on their own initiative in a professional and proactive manner.

The ideal candidate requires to have previous switchboard experience with a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
