Ideally you will:
-Be solely committed to a career in accountancy practice, and be driven towards achieving promotion to a senior role
-Be evidently professional & approachable with an enviable communication style
-Have attained some impressive achievements in your previous practice role(s), and have reached at least AAT Technician level
-Be approachable and comfortable when fostering, developing & nurturing new & existing client business
