| Team Leader Our client is currently looking to recruit a team leader for their personal lines insurance team. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a team leader and also have a good understanding of personal insurance products. The team leader will be more of a process manager rather than a team manager, however they will be looking for a someone who can guide the team to hit the sales targets.
