An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing business based in Redditch. You will need to have previous experience in a similar environment.





MAIN DUTIES



Answer all incoming telephone calls and ensure appropriate action is taken relative to each call.

Ensure all callers feel satisfied and courteously treated.

Close out all the Sales Invoices before 11.00am daily.

Arrange the scanning of the Sales Invoices, Accounts Payable Invoices, CSR Log sheets and cheques.

Update the CSR Activity log on a daily basis.

Open New accounts.

Ensure a Welcome letter is posted out to every New Automatic customer.

Ensure that all the Sales documentation i.e.: emails, letters etc are completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Complete the Sales Activity log and lead log on a daily basis.

Ensure reports and checks are ready for reporting to the Support Centre

Assist with all records and efficient operation of the functions of Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable according to the procedures outlined in the Manual.

Assist with Credit Control and achieve the AR % as outlined by the company. (training provided)





GENERAL DUTIES



Ensure all callers feel satisfied and courteously treated.

Allocate all customer requests for mobile shredding service to a specific day and time, if requested, and record allocation on Route Sheet.

Carry all customer service inquiries to their conclusion; an issue is not complete until the customer/caller is satisfied.

Handle incoming correspondence as appropriate, log and process correspondence.

Prepare communications and documentation to a satisfactory standard, providing accurate documents before deadline.

Oversee and maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the office and garage areas, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for clients and associates.

Ensure an honest and timely maintenance of all transactions with suppliers.

Maintain responsible approach to all security and safety matters related to the operation.

Respond to difficulties and/or communicate with customer when complications arise.



Knowledge of SAP would be useful but not essential.



Salary £15000 per annum. Hours 0830-1730 with 1 hour for lunch.

Commutable from Redditch as directly on a bus route, Bromsgrove, Droitwich.
