Job profile:

As a Laboratory Technician in the Science & Technology department, you will be working on project activities in accordance to agreed requirements and deadlines, operate advanced equipment with appropriate technology, so that results become available in report format for the Project Leaders.

As a team member in interdisciplinary projects, you will contribute to the integration of technology development into our products and business by providing your expertise to the divisions and to ERC.



Your profile:

·You have a secondary technical education in Metallurgy and you are interested in Physics
·You are accurate in working with dedicated equipment.
·You have experience in preparing specimens for X-ray analysis.
·You are willing to take courses on maintenance, repairing and calibrating high value equipment/ instrumentation.
·You have experience performing necessary administrative activities related to the department such as sample storage, maintenance and calibration schedule.
·You will report end clearly communicate measurement outcomes.
·You are open to follow training in the area of X-ray diffraction.
·You are a self-motivated, pro-active team worker. You are customer-focused and result oriented.
·You can translate customer demands into solutions through experimental research.
·You basic computer proficiency.
·You have good communication skills and a good command of the English language.
