| Job profile: The research engineer will start as a member of the development team. After a start up period the job will consist of the following activities and responsibilities: ·You will take care of the development, implementation and first utilisation of new technology and models. ·You are contributing to the actual software development. ·As project manager, you will take care of customer contacts, financials and reporting. Your profile: ·You have a University education (preferably PhD) in mechanical engineering, tribology physics or mathematics. ·You have experience in working in projects and have the potential to be a project manager. ·You have a strong focus on reaching targets and delivering results. ·You have knowledge of modern object-oriented programming (C++) or the willingness to learn this. ·You have an explorative mind set with an innovative scientific approach. ·You are a self-motivated, pro-active team worker. You are customer-focused and result-oriented. ·You have excellent communication skills and a good command of the English language.
