We are currently recruiting for Educational Recruitment Consultant working within the Birmingham area.
The objective of the role is to provide quality educational staff supply service to all schools and education supply workers in your allotted area of responsibility, in a manner that enhances the reputation of the company and leads to business growth from satisfied customers.


Your role will include- recruiting, vetting and maintaining effective working relationships with teachers, teaching assistants and nursery nurses available for supply work and resident in your area of responsibility.
To provide those teachers/educational staff with a professional agency supply service, finding them the supply work that they desire whilst treating them with respect and being open and honest with them at all times.

Basic Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 per annum
Commission: £4,800 realistic on target earnings per annum (uncapped).
Mileage: Business mileage expense covered.
Holiday: 25 days per annum, increasing to 28 with service.
Benefits: Stakeholder Pension, with Company contribution after 12 months service.
Life Assurance: Death in Service 2 x basic salary.
Childcare Voucher Scheme (Salary Sacrifice).

It is Essential to have an understanding of IT and be able to apply Microsoft word, excel and power point

It is imperative to have a grade C or above in Maths and English, GCSE, alongside holding a full UK drivers license with preferably own vehicle

You must have experience within having met targets and from a background of Sales/Customer Services
