Full Description:
A Facilities Management vacancy has arisen with one of our clients. They are looking to recruit an FM To deliver effective Facilities Management services across all locations. Key responsibilities will include:

To source all internal resources from suppliers in a timely and cost effective manner.
To coordinate and manage contract services, ensuring that both parties adhere to contractual conditions and to raise concerns with Project Manager.
To maintain and monitor excellent working relationships with suppliers.
To carry out market analysis and obtain contractor quotes for services, and identify where cost savings can be made.
To monitor and control spend against agreed budgets.
To deal with space planning issues, producing and implementing effective solutions.
To assist the Project Managers with project activity. Such projects may include office moves, refurbishments, building works etc.
To deal with and resolve any Facilities problems across all sites in a timely manner.
To manage and work alongside the Health and Safety Coordinator to ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety legislation and the requirements of company policy.
To develop the Facilities services to ensure an ever improving service to all staff and visitors alike.
To manage security of all sites.
Quality and quantity of work, attitude adopted in execution.
Leadership and management of Facilities staff and tasks.
Achievement through values.
Delivery of targets.
Additional responsibility may be agreed on a temporary or permanent basis to meet the business programme of growth or support individuals development.
Carry out reasonable tasks as requested by line manager.
To take responsibility for the Health and Safety of yourself and others whilst at work.
