| Job Description The candidate will be expected to provide tailored advice to clients on various reward issues and have exceptional commercial awareness together with excellent skills in networking, client handling and business development at an executive level. The candidate will also be responsible for the support and development of a small existing team and will be expected to work closely with them on a day to day basis Skills Required The right candidate will be qualified to degree level with experience in executive pay benchmarking, job evaluation systems, incentive design and overall reward strategy and will preferably have a background in both a line HR/reward role and reward consulting. A CIPD qualification or equivalent would be a distinct advantage. |
