Full Description:
– Outbound calling to companies on behalf of our client, 150 – 200 calls per day
– Conversations are not scripted and therefore free flowing
– Speaking to key decision makers generating leads if on lead generation campaign and appointments if on appointment making campaign. Having 20 – 30 conversations per day and generating 1 – 2 leads/appointments per day
– On list cleansing campaigns gathering 100 contact names
– Managing administrative functions of projects
– Acting as back up to Team Leader / Senior Telemarketing Executive as assigned in client liaison situations.
– Assist Team Leader / Senior Telemarketing Executive in training of new staff.
– Responsible for quality of qualifiers on assigned projects, ensuring that the lead codes are accurate and that spelling and information contained is both relevant and correct.

8.30am - 4.30pm - Monday to Friday - Temp to Perm Contract
